myservicerobots Rental Program

myservicerobots agrees to rent to the Merchant the following Products:

Products include equipment and any necessary software as identified in the ordering document.

T9 Robot Server

Regular Price: $1500/month
Special Rate: $995/month

T10 Robot Server

Regular Price: $2000/month
Special Rate: $1295/month

ROBOT EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Rental term

This is a month-to-month rental agreement with an initial minimum commitment of 12 months. The rental will continue until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice after the initial 12-month commitment period.

Delivery, Setup & Delivery

A fee of $500 per robot for delivery, setup, and training.
An additional fee of $500 per robot for pick-up at the end of the lease term.

Support and Replacement

Includes all onsite support and replacement at the discretion of myservicerobots.

Payment Terms

Rent is due on the first day of each month.
Late payments are subject to interest at the rate of 18% per year.

Risk of Loss and Insurance

Upon delivery, the Merchant assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Products. The Merchant is required to maintain full insurance coverage for the Products, with coverage amounts not less than the replacement cost. Additionally, the Merchant must designate Southern Pinnacle as a named beneficiary with their insurance provider in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the robot, valued at $15,000

Confidentiality and Indemnity

Each party agrees to keep all confidential information private and indemnify the other party against claims arising from performance under the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

myservicerobots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

I hereby authorize myservicerobots to Debit the Bank Account referenced herein, via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system at regular intervals while this authorization remains in effect.

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify myservicerobots in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.

Furthermore, I authorize myservicerobots to debit, if the payment is returned for any reason, a rejected/returned item fee of $35 or the maximum amount allowed by law.
